Refund and Return Policy

At Yolin, we want you to feel confident and secure with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help—while also ensuring fair and safe handling for all orders.


1. Order Cancellations

Before Shipping

You may cancel your order for a full refund before the shipment confirmation email is sent (i.e., before a tracking number is issued).

If payment was made by credit card or third-party payment provider, transaction or processing fees charged by the payment processor may be deducted from the refunded amount.

After Shipping

Once an order has shipped and a tracking number has been issued, it can no longer be modified or canceled. Any cancellation request after shipping will be treated as a return.

In this case:

  • Original outbound shipping costs (including promotional free shipping) are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Applicable restocking fees may apply.

Refunds will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected.

Custom or Personalized Parts

Orders for custom-made or personalized parts cannot be canceled once specifications have been confirmed and production has begun.

Due to their customized nature, all custom parts sales are final.

Please note: A cancellation is not considered confirmed until you receive written confirmation from our customer support team.


2. Returns Eligibility

Condition & Packaging

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original packaging. Because many Yolin products require specialized protective packaging for safety, returns without original packaging may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

New & Unused Items (Within 30 Days)

New and unused items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price.

  • No restocking fee will be charged
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer (unless due to our error)

Used Items (Within 30 Days)

Used items may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are free from damage.

  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer

3. Refused Shipments

If you refuse delivery of an order that has already shipped, the shipment will be returned to us and treated as a standard return.

In such cases:

  • A flat refused-shipment fee may be deducted to partially cover shipping costs
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Additional handling or return fees may apply

To avoid delays, please notify Yolin immediately if you refuse a shipment. Failure to do so may significantly delay refund processing.


4. Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return or replacement:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Perishable goods
  • Clearance or final-sale items

5. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return request, please contact our support team at:

Please include the following information in your message:

  • Order number or proof of purchase
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos or videos showing the item’s condition

Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and provide return authorization and instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused upon delivery.


6. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected by our warehouse team.

Please note:

  • Discounts or promo codes used at checkout will be deducted proportionally from the refund
  • Restocking and return shipping fees may apply

Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take up to an additional 15 business days to finalize the transaction.
