Thank you for choosing Yolin. We are committed to delivering our products safely and efficiently, with clear expectations around processing, shipping, and delivery.


Order Processing Time

Standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders containing pre-order items follow a different timeline. The estimated shipping date for pre-order products is clearly displayed on the product page.

If your order has not shipped within the stated timeframe, please contact our support team for assistance.


Shipping Zones & Availability

United States

Our primary market is the United States, and we ship to most locations within the contiguous U.S.

  • Large items(e.g., battery charging cabinet): Free shipping is available to the contiguous 48 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. We do not ship large items to P.O. boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories.
  • Small items: Shipping to P.O. boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may be available. Please contact our support team for a shipping quote before placing your order.

International Shipping

We ship small items internationally to many countries. However, international shipping is subject to local regulations, customs requirements, and battery transport restrictions.

Due to logistics complexity, large items may not be eligible for international shipping. If we are unable to ship your order, it will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.


Shipping Carriers

We select carriers based on item size, weight, and destination. Common carriers include:

UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, UPS Freight, FedEx Freight, USPS, YunExpress, 4PX, and other regional or international carriers.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Orders are shipped in a single package whenever possible. In some cases—such as large or multiple items—your order may arrive in separate shipments with multiple tracking numbers.


International Duties & Customs

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or tariffs imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees and are the sole responsibility of the customer, even if free shipping is offered.


Delivery Responsibility

Yolin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

This includes packages left unattended, delivered to common areas, or marked as delivered by the carrier.

Our responsibility ends when the carrier confirms successful delivery.


Refused Shipments & Return to Sender

Once an order has shipped, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that delivery can be received.

If a shipment is returned due to refusal, incorrect address details, or unsuccessful delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for:

  • Original shipping costs
  • Return shipping fees
  • Any applicable handling charges

Refused shipments returned to us will be processed as standard returns. A refund for the product cost will be issued to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected.

Please notify Yolin if you refuse a shipment. Failure to do so may result in delayed processing of your refund.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have shipped. Please consult our Refund and Return Policy for further details regarding order cancellations.
